Please note, we’re not responsible for the return postage costs, these will be your responsibility.
12 Month Product Guarantee
Quality matters. If, however, there is a problem with your lamp within 12 months from your purchase date, we’re willing to exchange the product for a brand new one. Sadly we can’t offer a refund (unless you’re within the 30 money back guarantee period), but as long as you can prove the damage, we are more than happy to send a replacement.
Terms and conditions will apply and you may be required to send us the faulty lamp so we can check it out ourselves, before we send you a new product. Please note, you will be required to pay for the postage costs when returning an item.
